Refund Policy
At Dope Shows Merch, customer satisfaction matters. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns
All sales are final unless the item received is damaged or defective. Due to the limited nature of our merchandise, we do not accept returns for size issues or change of mind.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.
3. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and if the exact item is still available. Exchanges are not guaranteed due to limited stock.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds can take several business days to appear depending on your payment provider. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to reflect on your account.
6. Final Sale Items
Limited edition drops, discounted products, and all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
